This policy applies to all services and products provided by our company. We strive to ensure that every client is satisfied with our cooperation and is ready to consider requests for refunds in accordance with the conditions set forth below.

Return Conditions

Consulting Services

  • Refund is possible within 14 days from the date of service provision
  • If the service has not been fully rendered, a partial refund is possible
  • A written justification for the refund request is required

Investment Products

  • Cooling-off period: 30 days from the date of investment
  • Refund is made at the current market value of assets
  • Administrative fee: 2% of the investment amount

Credit Products

  • Early loan repayment without penalties
  • Refund of insurance premiums on a pro-rata basis
  • Recalculation of interest for the actual period of use

Submit a Request

Send a written request to our email address kevinhalverson@vantagesfinance.com or call +1 (402) 770-5190. Include your contract number and reason for the refund.

Review

Our specialists will review your request within the timeframes specified in the table above. You will receive a notification about the decision made.

Document Signing

If the request is approved, you will need to sign the necessary documents. We can send them by email or arrange a meeting at our office.

Refund

Funds will be returned to the account from which the payment was made. The refund period depends on the type of service and your bank.

Exceptions

Refunds are not possible in the following cases:

  • Services have been fully rendered and accepted by the client
  • The refund request period specified in the contract has expired
  • The client has violated the terms of the contract
  • Investment losses are due to market conditions and not the fault of the company
  • The service was provided under a special promotional offer with non-refundable conditions
